Moving into Change
Fall is one of my favorite seasons, the cool crisp weather is so invigorating. This unique time of year blends the expansive fire energy of the summer with the descending energy of early fall. Fall is a time of harvesting, of pulling in and building up energy reserves for winter. Fall is a time to listen to your body, reflect on your life’s direction, and make changes where they are needed, it is a good time to plan and evaluate your goals. Like the ripening of the plants on the vine, the fall energy calls us to complete projects and bring our goals to fulfillment. I urge you to take a moment today to reflect on your life’s yearnings. Reflect on your goals, and your heart’s desires, what do you need to nurture today?
Healing the body is about restoring balance, harmony and communication of the cells, organs, and tissues of the body. Health is the optimal balance between body, mind, and Soul. Healing begins when we shift our focus from the illness or disease, unto building health, and creating vitality. Once you get a glimpse of the healing nature of the body you walk into a whole new world, your perspective changes and it feels like you can see with new eyes. You become aware of the multi-dimensional aspects of healing and life itself. You become empowered as you realize you can affect what you experience as health or disease. When you “remember” that health is the natural state of the body, miracles unfold as you align your body with that natural state.
