From this place of intention, we begin to take steps. It’s about nurturing a genuine wish to improve your health and being open to shifting habits that might be holding you back. Small changes, like cutting back on sugar, taking time to meditate or pray, getting some exercise, and prioritizing self-care, can make a big difference. These choices show self-love and a commitment to caring for yourself. Start with simple, manageable steps that fit into your life, and watch how they build momentum. When you consciously choose to improve your health, you empower yourself, sending a clear message to your body that you’re ready to align with wellness.

For instance, if you drink four cups of coffee daily, start by reducing it to three, then two, and eventually one. Movement is essential, but how you move should feel natural and enjoyable for you. For some, exercise is a joy; for others, it’s a challenge.
